Syprical is a modern, independent IT security and consulting practice. We help growing businesses stay secure, get the most from the cloud, and adopt AI with confidence, without the overhead of a big provider.

We work best with owners and teams who want a trusted advisor: someone who understands the business, keeps it secure, and has a plan for what’s next. Whether you need a security test, a cloud migration, help putting AI to work, or day-to-day support, we bring senior experience and plain speaking.

In practice

What an engagement looks like

Every piece of work follows the same five steps, whether it is two days or two months, so you always know which part you are in.

  1. Scope

    What is included, what is explicitly off limits, and a fixed price - all in writing before anything starts.

  2. Deliver

    The senior person who scoped the work does the work. Anything surprising is raised when it is found, not saved for the report.

  3. Report

    Written for the person who pays and the person who fixes: findings ranked by what they mean for the business, with the technical detail behind each one.

  4. Debrief

    We walk you and your team through it, answer questions, and help you decide what to tackle first and what can wait.

  5. Verify

    Once you have made the fixes, we come back and test them. Anything we can no longer reproduce is closed off in a reissued report.

What you can hold us to

Not adjectives. Each of these is either checkable, or a commitment stated in writing elsewhere on this site.

No commissions
We resell no hardware, software or connectivity, so a recommendation carries nothing else with it.
1 business day
A senior consultant replies, usually sooner. The same person who scopes the work does it.
Retest included
A finding is fixed when it stops working, so the retest and the reissued report are part of the engagement.
